The first annual Rancho Cordova Holiday Ice Rink, is a 60-foot by 80-foot premier outdoor ice skating rink, conveniently located off Highway 50 on Zinfandel Drive at Data Drive in the Capital Village retail and business park. The Rink provides a fun, safe and family-friendly destination!
About the Rink:
Hours & Dates: The rink will be open seven days a week beginning Nov. 10, 2011 through Jan. 16, 2012. Skating hours will be 10 a.m. until 10 p.m and skating sessions are 2 hours in length.
Special Activities: There will be a variety of special activities, including:
• Ribbon Cutting Festivities are at 5:30 p.m., Nov. 17th
• Special Snow and Light Shows
• The 12th Annual Cordova Community Christmas Tree Lighting Festival (Nov. 27)
• Celebrations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's
Waiver: An activity waiver must be signed by each skater. Save time and get skating more quickly! CLICK HERE to download and complete this waiver and bring it with you to the Rancho Cordova Holiday Ice Rink.
Parking: There is ample free parking within easy walking distance of the rink.
Security: We're committed to ensuring public safety. Personnel will patrol the rink 24 hours a day to create a safe environment for all attendees.
Nearby attractions: Before or after skating, plan to dine at one of the area's restaurants and shop at nearby stores. For a special treat, take in the scene aboard our holiday Ferris wheel, or stay up late for after-hours events.
